My final dissertation of the MA in Luxury Brand Management, focusing on generative AI in 2023 in the world of luxury brands. Graduated with a 1st Class Honours.

Working for the catalonian brand Laagam was very regarding, as a team we were asked to create a business branch for the brand, so by looking into the opportunites in the market and the new world situation, we were able to present to the brand and opportunity inside the leisurewear universe, that had been growing under the pandemic of 2020.

As a business plan for the brand we also focus our efforts in the development of an app to bring the consumer closer to the brand, create de world of Laagam in one single place. Of couse the app development had to be accompanied by a fashion collection, therefore the leisurewear mmarket represented a big opportunity for the brand to reach out to another type of consumer.

As part of the business plan we develped a pop up store to take the brand to cities, it had not explore before. After a careful fiancial analysis we were able to determine the stock required to produce increased number of sales and a prediction for the next five years, which turned out to be positive numbers for the brand and therefore a viable business plan.
